Layouts

The tab bar can run horizontally, vertically down the side, or across multiple rows when there are more tabs than fit, and it can sit above or below the address bar.

derp adds a second row of its own for tab stacks — that is the stack's tabs, not a layout setting, and it appears only while a stack is active.
